As the year comes to a close, we want to show our gratitude for YOU our fantastic TOOR members! This year, we're teaming up with the Oregon Electric Vehicle Association (OEVA), who has taken the lead in coordinating this festive event, and the Portland Rivian Club for a Holiday Party. It's a chance to celebrate the season, enjoy great food, and connect with our fellow EV enthusiasts.
The Venue & Menu
We'll gather in the cozy atmosphere of McMenamins Cedar Hills, where the evening will feature their delicious Pub Party menu, including:
- Artisan Pizza
- Cheeseburger Sliders
- McMenamins Fries with Mystic 18 Sauce
- Mini Corn Dog “Scooby Snacks”
- Creative Green Salads
The clubs will cover the food and pitchers of soda as a thank-you to our members! For those interested in McMenamins' 40 beers on tap or other beverages, those will be available for purchase.

What’s a holiday party without sweet treats? We’ll have a dessert table set up for everyone to enjoy. Whether it’s a classic holiday favorite or a personal creation, your contribution will make the celebration even sweeter.

To help us manage the bill between the three clubs, please check in with Chris Stonard from OEVA upon arrival. Be sure to wear your TOOR badge (or take a name tag at the door) so we can identify members from each club.

This is a social event designed to bring together the broader EV community. Chat with Rivian, OEVA, and fellow TOOR members**, exchange stories, and share your favorite EV experiences. This is a perfect opportunity to forge new connections and strengthen our community.
